Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles have a basic comprehensive insurance.
Renters have the option to avail the Full Insurance – Collision Damage Waiver (250AED+VAT) valid for a Month.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
You can pay by Cash, Credit Card, Cheque or by Bank transfer for UAE residents.
While Tourist can pay by Cash and Credit Card.
How do I rent a car?
You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or by calling +971 4 432 7836/ +971 55 558 7176/ +971 55 558 7276. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Can I change the car after the reservation?
Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call +971 4 432 7836/ +971 55 558 7176/ +971 55 558 7276 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.
Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?
You can take the car at our office the address M09 The Light Commercial Tower Arjan Dubailand.
We can deliver the car to the location of your choice within Dubai Area with free of charge for monthly basis and a charge of AED 50+vat for daily basis. The car has to be returned to our office or we may pick up the car in your location for free within Dubai area for monthly basis and Aed50+vat for daily basis.
The timings for Delivery from 10:30am till 6:00pm (Thursday to Saturday) with an advance booking 2 hours prior to delivery time.
and for Pick up timings from 10:30 am till 6:00pm (Thursday to Saturday), and for Friday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
What should I do, if the car breaks down?
If your car breaks down during working hours, please call our office immediately at +971 4 432 7836.
and if after office hours, you may directly contact the toll free no 800 4405.
Do you deliver cars outside Dubai?
Yes, we will deliver you the car to the location of your choice for an additional price.
For Abu dhabi and Al Ain location we will charge Aed 125+Vat
For Ajman and Sharjah will be free of charge for monthly basis.
